As President of the Franco-Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Armen Mnatzakanian works every day to strengthen economic ties between France and Armenia and to support French companies in their development on the Armenian market.

On 7 August 2026, he was appointed Foreign Trade Advisor of France (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France) for Armenia. This distinction, conferred by decree of the Prime Minister upon the proposal of the Minister for Foreign Trade, brings together business leaders and international experts who volunteer their experience to advance France's economic influence. In this capacity, he advises public authorities, supports the international development of French companies and helps promote France's attractiveness abroad.

His leadership of the CCIFA and his appointment as Foreign Trade Advisor stem from a single ambition: to turn the Franco-Armenian relationship into a source of concrete opportunities for companies in both countries.
